Founded in 1954 and incorporated in 1961, Lucky Plastic Factory Ltd. has gained over 40 years of experience designing and manufacturing toys. From the very beginning, Lucky Plastic has always been concerned with one thing, high quality innovative toys.
We started in Hong Kong and quickly expanded to acquire a manufacturing facility in China. To meet the growing demand for our products, the brand name of Zaptoys was created in 1990 to focus on product development, marketing and sales. This allowed Lucky Plastic to concentrate its resources on product manufacturing. We currently employ over 1200 workers and also have our own in - house Product Development Team and Electronics Department. Our ability to produce quality products lies in our strict quality control and assurance procedures. To further assure customers of our recognition and commitment to quality, we become an ISO 9001 approved factory in 1996. This year, to provide better services for our North American customers, we have established an office in the New York lnternational Toy Center. European customer service centers are being offered in UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
Apart from our own products, Lucky Plastic also has the expertise and capacity to work with our customers on OEM projects. We have had an excellent track record for handling OEM projects for numerous companies over the years. Quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction and the continuing development of innovative toys are our major concerns. After all, Customer satisfaction is our satisfaction.
 

Facilities
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Lucky Plastic's quickly acquired a manufacturing facility in 1984 in the Shenzhen of China to meet the rapid demand for product. The facility is approximately 500,000 square feet and home to many departments, including product development, mechanical engineering, product design, electronics, tooling, quality control/assurance, and manufacturing. Our ability to produce quality products lies in our strict quality control and assurance procedures. Having this highly skilled staff presently under one roof allows a product to be designed, molded and produced through high tech machines. Our combination of skilled manpower and high tech fast machines equips Zaptoys to handle all orders.

 

Development Capabilities
All research and development at Lucky Plastic are internally. Lucky Plastic has a complete set of CAD/CAM systems for our engineering, tooling and design operations. All research and development team is staffed with professional and experienced engineers. The company's development capability comprises:

Lucky Plastic's own manufacturing facility operates in Shenzhen (25 minutes from the Hong Kong border). The plant utilizes a total floor area of 500,000 sq.ft.
